Microsoft Visual Basic 2010 Express is the free version of Microsoft Visual Basic 2010. The complete version of Visual Basic 2010 comes with Microsoft Visual Studio 2010. Free version has a few limitations but it is very useful for a professional programmer. 2010 is based on the .NET framework which is an API included with the newer versions of Windows.
