With Scan and Sort it you can archive virtually all document related files (such as text documents, HTML pages, e-mails, PDFs, MS Word, MS Excel) as well as documents you’ve scanned yourself in a single file. From this you can then easily create a backup which you can store in a safe place. With a digital archive you can access customer or product information fast and efficiently. You can e-mail your digital information without the need for the recipient to use Scan and Sort it. Every computer can open the file in a readable format. In Scan and Sort it files can be retrieved almost instantly by means of keywords you selected yourself. With the OCR add-on (text recognition) you can even retrieve scanned documents on textual content. You enter a name or textual content of the scanned document and the programme will find the desired document(s) for you in a matter of seconds. Loosing something inside your digital archive is really impossible therefore.
