Through a host of proprietary and specialized technologies, Protect Premium looks inside your files at rest and ranks your content's risk level through fully administered settings. Concerns such as a string of digits similar to a social security number (xxx-xx-xxxx) will be recognized along with other regular expressions, or you may establish unique settings, specific to your account numbers, intellectual property or anything you consider confidential. You can also set up "safe recipients" or email routing to complement your workflow. Stop employees from sharing the wrong data with outsiders; Stop children from sharing personal information with unsafe recipients. No matter where your data is found, in a hidden column in an Excel spreadsheet, a nested table in Word, or metadata on an image file, Protect Premium will find it and apply rules as to whether or not the data may be shared, and with whom.
