With Bill Pay, you can organize and track all of your customers’ bill payments. See at a glance what bills are due and what bills have been paid. * Paper Check Printing * ACH File Output * Online Payment Capture Bill Pay lets you print and mail MICR-encoded checks and even print remittance envelopes for those Billers that do not provide one. You can even void or reprint checks if necessary. Using a LaserJet printer and standard MICR toner, Bill Pay prints payment checks on blank check stock – four checks to a page. Or, if you prefer to send an ACH file for processing, Bill Pay's ACH Module lets you select which bills are to be paid electronically and which ones are to be paid with a paper item. When it comes time to pay bills, you can do either or both at the same time. Don't have a web site? Or perhaps your website does not have a Bill Payment feature. Our optional web interface lets your customers go online to pay their bills. The resulting file imports easily into Bill Pay for processing. You can pay bills for an unlimited number of customers – even pay bills for customers of other banks if you like! You control what bills are paid and when. Unlike some service companies that debit payments early and often pay bills late, with Bill Pay, you can be sure it is done right. The best part is that both you and your customers will enjoy the float because the money is not debited from the customer’s account until the MICR-encoded check clears the bank.
