Whereas other software will copy and paste the same statements over and over into your reports, The Report King actively adapts each report as it goes, focusing on different skills and areas of the curriculum for each child. It selects from a massive bank of statements, written by teachers with over twenty years of experience, and then changes verbs and adverbs, rearranges sentences (and even the order of the clauses within those sentences) to achieve the best effect. The result is thousands of different possible reports for children in exactly the same ability groups. It's the next best thing to writing your reports by hand. Why bother finding different ways of saying the same thing, when The Report King has already thought of them all? The Report King produces standard documents (Microsoft Word, rich text) that you can open in your word processor.
