Password Safe is a professional and comfortable solution for managing your passwords and TAN-Block´s. Thus you will never forget your password or disclose it by noting it down. Password Safe maintains a password protected database of your access data. You must remember only the main password in order to access your confidential data. The user creates a database account and a password after installation, based on which, the Password Safe generates a database, in which any number of data records consisting of names, passwords and remarks that can be freely formated as well as any number of user-defined fields can be stored. The database is encoded with your master password. You can choose, whether or not to view the actual password while displaying the Password list. The password can easily be copied on the clipboard in this manner and can be inserted into an application without disclosing it. Over the Immediate access all passwords are always available to you and can be pulled into any application with Drag & Drop, like e.g. Internet Explorer. Integrated and comfortable TAN-Administration even offers the possibility of importing from an OCR-Scanner-Software. Thus, troublesome typing of TAN´s is now a thing of the past. One of the many outstanding functions of Password Safe is the possibility of entering your password even automatically in an assigned program as soon as it is launched. Simply record the password entry with the Macro Recorder. When the application is started the next time, Password Safe executes the same steps for you automatically. Even Internet sites are supported making surfing of the World Wide Web a much more interesting experience. With the Scripting-Engine you can also start, for example, a Telnet-Session using a Batch-File and the Username and Password can be entered automatically. Requirements: Any Win32-compatible OS
